Beef rolls! &)

Was good. :]

Thanks! :] The Indian meal looks good. How was the Curry?? Recipe??

i don't see what's so good about that beef roll..
beef and mushroom only?

It was tasty so razz. Simple beef/mushrooms/seasoning. Im sure you can add other stuff (eg. Onions/easy to cook veggies/etc) inside if you wanted, but I kept it simple. They're sort of addictive. I had like 20 and had a food coma.

That beef roll looks amazing, how did u make that? Can you post the recipe?

Thanks!
Recipe:
Beef Slices
Enoki Mushrooms (Cut the ends (roots) off like an inch off the bottom and wash)
Butter (tiny piece)
Salt/Pepper
Teriyaki Sauce

Clean mushrooms, pat dry.
Take a slice of beef, place a bunch of mushrooms on one end.
Add a tiny piece of butter with the mushrooms, season with some salt and pepper
Wrap
Heat pan, medium heat. Add the rolled slices + mushrooms in the pan.
You dont have to add any oil cause the fat from the beef will keep it from burning
Cook until meat is cooked. The mushrooms cook quite quickly, so it should be done by the time the beef is done.

God damn that looks good, you a chef or someding? Do you marinate the beef or what? If I get free time I might really think about doing cooking that it looks simple enough suprised.

lol yeah, i figured i'd get that kind of reaction. especially with the shitty photo. but the corn relish is is basically just salsa but instead of tomato being the the main component its corn. the label just said corn relish so thats what i called it. lol but w/e i guess you guys will just have to take my word for it when i say its good
