No. if you use a weapon and he doesn't have one it's not considered self defense. If he came to your house and touched you, you have the legal right to fuck him up. Similar situation happened to a friend of mine.

thats a different situation, if the nig crawled through your window then thats breaking and entering. Your allowed to detain him, but tie him to a chair and breaking his knees is not allowed.

Self defense is only actually considered so after the subject in question has made an physical attempt to harm you. So capping a nig whose running at you doesn't count as self defense.

@OP your best bet at teaching this disrespectful low life a lesson is getting up in his face, without touching him, and getting him to push/touch you in any way and then just wail on him 'with your bare fist', and not a weapon.
