lolwat. That's the biggest curveball of all time. Everything there EXCEPT "the Prophet Mohammed" is definitely an actual person or group of people or a fact of life without any grandiose claims to their name personally.

if you convert to Buddhism, you better be serious about it.

i don't know your situation, but i'm afraid people (not specifically you) want to convert to Buddhism b/c it seems cool. its like a way to be different/unique than Christians and Jews. there was a a phase when all these celebrities were picking up Buddhism b/c it was trendy(the Simpsons called this out in the episode when Lisa converted to Buddhism)

I dont know too much about actual Buddhist practice, but it originated out of having nothing. So if you REALLY want to be OG Buddhist and are dedicated to it, be prepared to throw out your material possessions.

... also, what form of Buddhism are you looking into?
