For studying, figure out the most important points that are likely to be on the test and focus on those. Play music while studying and associate terms in the chapter with colors, images, the music playing, etc. to help you recall it later. Don't waste time studying the stuff you already know most of (brief glances at the material to jar your memory are ok); focus on the parts that are likely to give you trouble. Honestly I think studying is a waste of time because either you learned the shit or you didn't, but those last moments of cramming could be the difference between a letter grade.
For the finals themselves just use common sense, you can always eliminate 1 or 2 answers because of how incredulous they are and go with your gut on the first answer you pick.
