Holy shit, that's exactly what I think too. I ended up taking a break from Chipotle for a good 1-2 months. And it still wasn't the same after.

the last time i went to chipotle (other than friday) the food was pretty bomb. the meat was pretty well seasoned, the rice actually tasted like cilantro, the tortilla didn't taste/smell like glue, etc. idk, i loved chipotle a few months ago, don't really know why it doesn't taste as good anymore.
