Yea, a lot of places serve it with slushied ice, def. try it on a super hot day.

Home made. Tried making this for the first time tonight. Very easy to make and came out delicious!

Broth - water, beef neck bones, ginger, packet of spices for pho [cinnamon, star anise, peppercorn, cardamom, cloves, fennel seeds. Boil then simmer for 4-5 hours. Added pho boullion with msg for extra flavor.

Noodles - buy the noodles, blanch/ cook for 10-20 seconds depending on how soft you want em.

Meat - Beef eye of round [freeze then cut into THIN ASS strips so they cook when you pour broth over em], beef balls [bought at asian store, cut into fourths]

Garnish - Cilantro, hoisin, sriracha, bean sprouts, forgot the scallions and thai basil but you can add em

Put noodles in the bowl, add meats, pour broth into the bowl, garnish with whatever you want.
