i used rainmeter (http://rainmeter.net/cms/) with the omnimo theme (http://fediafedia.deviantart.com/art/Omnimo-4-1-for-Rainmeter-158707137). the wallpaper is a photo i took. it took a while to go through all of the different panels/panes and other stuff you can put on your desktop
