If you're trying to achieve that look like what people do on those wood flooring wallpapers, just use the program Picasa. It's from Google(google it). All you do is select the photos, drag em/resize em, and I think you just right click it and select what kind of border you want(polaroid or white border effect).
a search for photograph wallpaper brings up your post and hakunamatata's post. So yes. There is a search function. Does it give answers people want? No.
