It's off interfacelift.com. Can't remember the link to it, but if you browse that site, you may find another background you may like. If you're talking about the stuff I used to customize my desktop: rainmeter, rainlendar, CDart display, and rocketdock.

^ I'm not a fan of that desktop. Its ugly and disproportional. Leave the "lock screen" for your iPhone, make your desktop original.

Download "Picasa", it's a free photo organizer/editor application from Google. In the program you can create a "collage" which will look like my background. It's easy just google it lol.
