And I pay more than him...

If I wanted to be within walking distance from work, all I would be able to afford is a 75 sq ft. apartment for around $1300 usd a month. Some of the most expensive real estate in the world. Add $13 beers to that and it hurts.

Hosting in Tokyo, or Japan for that matter is a luxury afforded to very few people. Consider yourself lucky. 1200 sq ft. in Tokyo means you are making some SERIOUS cake. I'll come over anytime haha.

depends on where you live. down here in okinawa the most expensive things are public transportation and vegetables. otherwise things are cheap. you can get a huge apartment for less than 500 USD a month. I'm talking about a 2-3 bedroom place on the beach. One of the reasons why I like living here and visiting Tokyo from time to time.

Just picked these 2 up, took 4 years though |0 One for personal use, the other to rent/flip

Living in the 2 bed + 1 bath, the other is 1 bed + bath. Didn't take photos of rooms since sun was glaring.

Standard stainless steel apps + granite counter top with bronze flakes /w rolled edges

Washroom

View from balcony overlooks yacht club and Center Island

View from my front door overlooking courtyard

Lobby

Party Room at $75 rental. Huge space, billiard room, flat screens, bar, etc.

2nd unit that I will rent out then eventually flip. It's already doubled in value since I bought 4 years ago.

I'm only impressed if you used your own money to buy these. That being said, if you did buy these with your own cash you're the biggest boss that I've seen thus far.

that courtyard has to be one of the ugliest patches of dirt I've seen though
