Yeah maybe you should lay off the creatine. All you really need is a healthy diet. Besides creatine just holds and absorbs water weight. I have a lot of friends that took it and they started to have liver defects, kidney stones, and major cramps. But if you are going to start taking it I suggest you drink massive ammounts of water.
