The rest thing isn't 100% but it's not 100% MYTH either. Maybe there are just different schools of thought. But if you look at like, elite athletes, they train 6 days a week. From what I've read, it seems you only need 24 hours. But you do need to work out more than mirror muscles. If you really wanna get big, squats, deadlifts, forearms, and core. You're only as strong as your weakest link.
