The only thing I suggest you do is post about it in the feedback forum and let everyone know which user it is who sold you fake shoes. Provide pictures and state your case. Hypebeast explicitly states that using the forum to facilitate the sale of fake goods of any kind is forbidden so hopefully that'll expose the guilty party to some good 'ol public chastising....
