it looks like a taper to me. a slight taper with a faux-hawk on top. id say...a 4? on top. and maybe...a 1 or 2 on the taper part? im not too sure. but it def looks like a taper.

Kid Cudi is half black,1/4 Mexican,and 1/4 Native American so I'm guessing his hair is naturally like that.
