well i can see how is layered up top but a 7/8 inch is like what number on a machine. because at a barber shop i have to tell them the number to use. also should i start layering the top now as im growing it out>?

^ The first picture u placed looked like a 7/8 inch which is a #7. Your more recent pictures although still homo in nature looks like they used a #8, which is 1 inch. The sideburns and neck lines look thinner than the side of his hair so I think prior to the haircut, maybe by a couple of weeks, he got it tapered or the barber/hair stylists adjusted the coarse/fine lever to cause such a look.

Again though, I urge you not to get such a homo haircut. At the end though, it's your choice.

lmao well thats your opinion but the haircut looks good. his is extremely long and im not trying to get it that long but watev thanks for the help it takes too much to get that haircut so ill pass.

Due for a cut next week. I left it too long and it's at that awkward stage where it's too wavy/nappy + short for combing OR brushing to do anything.

I've wanted to get my haircut like that, but my hairline is rounder and lower so cant really do that. Doesnt help that i got that thick asian hair

One of the ladies that worked in my high school in Milwaukee does his hair. She used to give free lineups to kids after school. He gave her like 3 or 4 stacks out of kindness for like 2 months of haircuts lol. Her work is legit tho. Made the whole city start rocking the fade again.
