I'd use the Benadryl... HOWEVER I do have work tomorrow so a Non-drowsy alternative would be nice.

Used to put me out for everrrrrrrrrr.
But i have literally taken it so many times, the effects are meh.

I used to have fat dust allergies back in the day (still do if the season is correct)
benadryl is definitely a winner though, just be cautious because that shit will definitely make you drowsy.

you NEED dust mite covers for your mattress and pillows if you have allergies. i just recently got some and my allergies have gone away for the most part.

the deal is that obviously you dont wash your mattress and pillows, so dust mites will basically live there forever without any problems. your bedsheet and pillow case have weaving that is large enough for the mites to pass through. the dust mite covers are woven super tight so the mites cant get through. then you vacuum your bed and pillow quick every few weeks to suck up all of the new surface dust mites and den they basically never have a chance to thrive.

like seriously, hardly anyone uses em, but if you go to any allergist they will tell you to get them. although you can also buy air filters, carpet powder, and all this other shit, dust mite covers are the first thing you should buy (others are unnecessary).
