Technically you fight, then if you knock the guy down you back off and let him get back up, or he can say he's done and the fight is over. I doubt many people fight like that anymore though.

I'm saying that's how fighting used to be a long time ago. Now anything goes, almost every fight I've seen in public is someone getting jumped. I was actually pretty impressed at how well they were managing the fight in the video.
