I've worked at h&m recently. Here's what they're looking for: they're probably gonna quiz you on the history of h&m. U should read up on h&m, the design process, manufacturing, and origin. They'll ask u what differentiates h&m from other stores. Don't give a simple answer like it's cheap but the cuts are modern. Some basic questions like why u wanna work for them, what u have to offer to the co., etc. They'll ask u about the product line so be sure to name some of the items they carry. Lastly, they give u a quiz to fill out along w/short essay. Yeah n studying up on the quarterly reports would be good, they might ask u a question on revenues/sales. Good luck w/the interview.
i applied at h&m maybe 2-3 years ago and had a group interview where we were divided into teams, you have to pass the wooden blocks to the person on your right as you were talking to eachother while using those blocks to build a house. then after that was over, they gave us note cards with bunch of words, then was to create window ad for the store and explain. it was fucking weird and pathetic i decided to bail out.
