Take the Broad North to Temple, its a lot safer and you can find it easy on a campus...
oh wow that's a terrible idea. Temple's campus is in the badlands, one of the worst neighborhoods in a city infamous for crime. If you knew you're way around campus you might find some herb w/o accidentally walking into a mugging or some shit, but if that area's foreign to you, I'd stay very clear. Really in the state's it's hard to get good weed on the streets and most of the shit in the hood is garbage (esp compared to UK buds which are quite nice). I'd suggest asking your cuz to call his connect or a friend. Otherwise, maybe ask around at a cool bar or club (Queens Village, Bella Vista, Northern liberties, and Fishtown are the major hip neighborhoods in philly). South street might be possible, but even then that's a shot in the dark and I wouldn't trust ppl offering herb around there. Philly's full of crack heads and criminals so be careful if you're getting it off the street; esp considering the accent, some shady figure might try to con u taking you for a naive tourist. There's dope spots even in fairly decent neighborhoods in Philly but it'll be an odd experience and you very well might get ripped off and in the event you get herb, ppl selling it on the street aren't gonna have choice buds.
