University of Oregon or University of Arizona. I'm visiting Oregon in a few days and I'll make my judgment there. Arizona was pretty nice (plenty of attractive girls) but Tucson is a shit town.
Real talk, UVA kids are relatively the cream of the crop. They chose the school over Ivys and whatnot and typically come from wealthy backgrounds so it's expected. But yes, they are the stereotypical elitist that makes you fringe at the mere sight of them. Popped collars and alll.

it's a good school, but asa state school there are a SHIT LOAD of dumb kids. they set aside 66% of the spots for in-state kids, so pretty much as long as you're not an idiot you can get in if you're a VA resident.
