Coming from a neutral position MTL > TO any day and all day. It's a scientific fact. Unless you're in finance and looking to climb some suit ladder then ya, TO but even then, any of those suits with an ounce of ambition end up in NYC.

Van has the best weed and the best food but MTL is world class in the truest sense when it comes to women and night life. Night life is fucking life changing and the girls are truly worth writing home about....real talk real talk talk.
