Help me get rid of this Ask tool bar

Ok so i downloaded bit torrent and doing so gave me an ask.com tool bar, so now whenever i search for shit its via ask.com which sucks dick cause its gay as fuck. and whenever i click a link, like on this site, it takes me to bullshit ask.com instead.

how do i get rid of this shit?

But anyway you might want to let us know if you're using firefox or internet explorer...

And if you don't know what's the difference gtfo the internet now.
