FUCK YOU!

so i opened my itunes today and i noticed all my playlists were missing, so i try to go to the cd that ive been listening to for the past month and its gone too, so i search through and pretty much half my shit got deleted. yesterday somebodys playlist kept popping up on my laptop (im in college apartments and we are all on wireless networks.) could this have messed it up? and i googled this shit and couldnt find a solution, but it seems like a common problem. has this happened to anyone or does anyone know a way to fix it?

one time about two years ago, i had like 1000 songs, i go to open itunes and all my shit was gone. i almost cried lol

I lost 4000+ songs when I got a new computer. Technically, I still have the songs, it's just in an internal hard drive formatted to Windows XP, and my new computer runs on Vista.

i dont think it matters how many songs you lose, but when you know you've lost that many, you dont know what to do, where to turn. your simply............lost

i had like 300 and somethin cds, fuck, i know how to put music from my ipod back onto my computer but that shits gna take forever. but if i do try this its not gna wipe out my ipod will it?

Yeah, I put in so much effort organizing music and all that. I just gave up.

There actually are methods of doing this. The official Apple site has procedures to help you.
