Tier 0 is not a release, it's a type of account. You can search for all other account types (urban energy, gr, etc), but Tier 0 is essentially the highest level a store can attain. I think there's less than 10 stores in the US with this account? These stores willl get the quickstrikes, hyperstrikes im not sure as those are usually friends and family type releases.

tier 0 account holders do get hyperstrikes as well.... bt hyperstrikes are usually allocated to a specific store.... like the release of the 'what the dunks' they're a HS... the only UK release was in niketown ldn...

Quoted from past thread.
Tier simply determines where the shoe is made and the level of technology used.

Tier 0 - Japan - Exclusive and limited design assembly.
Tier 1 - 110 US factories - Assembly using sophisticated technology.
Tier 2 - Taiwan & S. Korea - Where more sophisticated technology and work process is used.
Tier 3 - Indonesia, Thailand, Cambodia & Vietnam - Moderate level technology.
Tier 4 - China - Assembly using low technology.
Tier 5 - El Salvador, Honduras - Assembly using lowest technology.
Tier 6 - Hidden Factories - These are factories not being reported by Nike and factories the subcontractors send products to be worked on.

Main:

1. Nike
2. Nike Retro
3. Nike SB
4. Hyperstrike
5. Tier-0 and Quickstrike

Energy:

1. Indie
2. Metro
3. Urban
4. Elite

I'm pretty sure hyperstrike and tier zero are two names for the same type of account. And the hufmaxes are going to tier zero accounts as well as a couple of quickstrike accounts...and that's a fact, not a rumor.

a hyperstrike is a designation of how rare a shoe is (other levels include quickstrike, general release, etc). Tier 0 is the highest level account a store can hold... Tier 0 accounts can have BOTH quickstrikes and hyperstrikes as well as other shoes, so no the two are not interchangeable.

i think little misunderstandings like this is how people accept Deadstock to mean unworn and sold out... originally it just mean unworn but stupid resellers made their own meaning just to sound like knowledgeable sneakerheads.

actually they are QS's. Both reps for Livestock (www.deadstock.ca) and Goodfoot (getonthegoodfoot.ca) have confirmed this...

Yeah QS seems correct as places without a Tier 0 account are getting these. Seems to be similar to the Atmos 1's a few months back.

Anyways, yes as stated, Tier 0 is the highest level Nike account....has nothing to do with a type of release except for the fact that certain shoes are only available to Tier 0 accounts.

Tier 0 is the highest level in life you can achieve, its like being banker in Monopoly and you can steal as many $500 bills as you want, once you reach Tier 0 you understand the true meaning of life in all its aspect and then you can die in peace and spread your past life as a good role model to others.

There are Tier 0 accounts here in melbourne so i doubt it would be japan exclusive... Huf Max's were QuickStrike shoes. Quick Strike denotes a type of release.. and generally Tier 0 stores get the Quick Strikes / Hyperstrikes...
