I don't think in general there's anything special about supreme, but those red trainers are clean.

Actually tomxkaws these are a collabo between nike and Supreme (the brand) so they have quite a bit to do with it. Basically the same thing as the supreme blazers...nike provides the model, supreme changes the materials and puts them in solid colors (red, black, white). Not really into colorful shoes that much anymore myself, but I think I might make an exception for the reds.
