Just out of curiousity what do you all think are the best basketball shoes (to actually play basketball in) that ever came out.

Well I haven't been able to try every basketball sneaker that has come out but some of my favorites are the Air Zoom Kobe, Jordan XII and Nike Foamposites

Every1 I know that actually plays ball, goes with some Foamposites. But I heard the new Lebrons are gonna b the official ball sneakers soon.

Honestly, I have had much success with tennis shoes. The ones that are nicely bulked up at the ankle. I can run more freely, and execute turns and juke moves way better than conventional basketball shoes. But I caution you that it's quite easy to trip or sprain your ankle in these.

Co-sign, the new LJs are awesome to ball in. Very light and great ankle support.

Penny foamposites were my all time favorites, just got the lebron's so I'm trying them out now. Everyone say's they're heavy, and yeah they are heavier than the Zoom Kobe's, but they have perfect balance and they fit snug. Zoom Kobe's are my third pic.

My favorites are the Flightposite 3, Huraches 2k4 (I've only played in them twice, but they felt really good considering they were someone else's), and that's it, I guess. I'm not really a big fan of shocks, and I don't like the LeBrons (they look like boots).

19's totally, gives me full support and crazy grip.
The foams were good and huarache 2k's are nice and light.

I personally prefer Jordan 19's.. They're bulky but give great support/stability and traction..

I know huaraches were really popular but I didn't find them very comfortable

I'm not sure what lebrons everyone is talking about, but I have lebron IIIs and they are far from light. I feel sorry for anyone that's never balled in a better shoe than that. My favs are huarache 2k4s (light, good support, hard to f-up materials), and red/blk JXIIs (not the prettiest Js, but they never looked messed up, and have great support). Style wise I'd say JVs, but I don't have the heart to ball in mine.

If you are a bigger dude like myself, the Nike Air Force 25 doe its job.

Also I recommend these other shoes: Adidas Pro Model S, Kobe Zooms 1, Huarache 2k4, Crazy 8s

Air max 180s indoor and Nike bombers for outdoor. Great support on both but on the heavy side.
