ok so here's the deal, like many people I was unable to cop the space jams during the release. So I ended up ordering them from osneaker.com which is a trusted site on niketalk and other sites like nicekicks praise them. So I order these sneakers, received them very quickly, and first thing that catches my eye is the box is beat to shit. I'm not saying only the outer box but the plastic insert also as shown in the pics. Whatever, that's not a big deal to me. So I open it and my babies are there. Take a closer look and there's a stain on the sole. This is where I stand now.

I emailed the dude asking what the options are. He says I can return them so I'm like ok whatever I don't want to pay $285 for defective shoes. So I email him asking for address and how everything is going to be handled and he doesn't respond. I wait a week, stil no response. I figure the dudes ignoring me, so I email him from a different email account and sure enough I get a response in like 5 minutes.

I don't know what to do. Obviously I love these bad boys but i don't want that stain on there. Do I return them or you guys got any ideas to clean them. The stain is worse then in the pictures since I took them with the iphone. I tried magic eraser nothing, thinking bout some bleach and water???

What tips you guys got? or you think I should call my credit card company and get these returned and my money back?

If i can clean these i def will.. thanks

Damn, $285 for a screwed up pair. You could have gotten them cheaper elsewhere (Here, ebay, nsb etc.), sold mine for $250.
Try oxyclean or warm water & dishsoap. That stain looks pretty set in though.

Damn that sucks bro. I got a beat up box once but the shoes inside were fine. I would just do my best to clean them. Good luck.

my dude i bought a pair of space jams from osneaker too the box is coo they didnt come wrapped in the paper and now that im lookin at em the jumpman on the bottom of the tongue seems to have some long skinny legs and is the jumpman supposed to have an ass it looks like it has an ass my shoes legit

yea can't get that stain out I tired everything. Dude hasn't responded in a week and a half. Just contacted my credit card company there gonna take care of me. Not buying from them again

Yeah osneaker has a really bad reputation on other sneaker sites, so I'd stay away. But from that box alone they need to give you your money back. I never understand why companies would sell a shoe that has obvious flaws...

Part of my daily routine is to look for the space jams.
My gf wanted to get me them for Xmas but i didnt want her freezing for them or spending alot of $ (we are saving, just got a new apartment)

But if you spent over 250 you should be 100% satisfied with it, go through your CC'd

Man that sucked ass! Thanks for sharing the story with us. Will think twice before ordering from them! The worst thing is, they are probably sold out by now and unless they are willing to refund it for you...you may be out of luck.

If I were you, I will post this story on other kicks forums too and include who you were dealing with. Once you have gathered enough attention, they might be forced to do something about it or risk losing businesses.

The kicks community is not that big and trustworthy online retailers are so limited. Once their reputation has been tarnished, it is hard for them to build up the trust again.

hey man, I just ordered Kobe AF1's from them a couple of days ago. They're stonewalling me with that tracking number request. I'll wait another 24 hours and file a paypal dispute. Lemme know how it goes on your case. This is fucked up.
