I also like to lift weights in running shoes. are the air max 360s and the free 5.0 s good for lifting?

id be careful about that... i read in men's health that the cushioning is not good for lifting as it makes u somewhat unbalanced... they recommend flat bottomed shoes so u dont mess up your form

*holy shit... what happened to me breaking 1000 posts!?

you run for work? what do you do?

i do valet so i'm constantly running and on my feet for hours. and as some1 stated asics are good as well so are nb's it all depends on ur foot, everybody is different so even if you aren't considering a brand other than nike u might be surprised if u shopped around.

i do a lot of shit in them lol the mesh can rip easily. I do a lot of balance related exercises to strengthen my core so my feet are always like bulging out the sides of the prestos lol i'm scared for the day when my foot goes through the mesh. I've also had a few puppies in between which liked chewing on things. Just a lot of wear and tear

Mizuno running shoes are considered some of the best in the industry. When I began running I got a pair of Mizuno Waverunners which were said to be some of the best accoring to some Running magazines, that was a few years ago though. They were great for running and comfortable as all hell. So check out some magazines I don't think hypebeast is necessarily the best place to get opinions about running shoes.

How the fuck are the frees the best? They have no comfort whatsoever. Buy asics if you want to experience true comfort while running.

A guy at NikeTown in Beverly Hills told me that to get the full benefit from the 360's you need to be larger and a smaller guy like me would be better off with the 180's. I run in them every day and I feel like I'm cheating. They feel so good.

its personal preference and most people looking at this board would prefer nike. A starting runner, id recommend some air moax motos, maybee some elites, or possibly even some skylons. If your a bigger guy go with the 360's

I've had the same pair for 2 years now, and I can't get enough of them. I've bought other shoes in the course of having my NBs, but after a week or so, I throw my NBs back on, they are amazingly comftorable.

Only ones that have come close were a pair of Aasics I got for like $50 @ Finish Line.

i think am360s are supercomfortable, especially for walking, but after wearing them for a while, my feet feel like that have been too suported by all the air cushioning. sometimes i think they are like those old school waterbeds: just too much cushioning. i like frees as well, they seem to challenge my feet. after a long day in dress shoes, i prefer to slip on frees instead of something so cushioning. in closing, i have ran for many years in acg trailrunners and new balance with no complaints and never having to blog about it. so, my vote would probably be for an acg runner with their smart track thingy. they also keep your feet protected from the elements, dont wear out running on concrete, and come free from hype.

Just have a look at the shoe "Men's Nike Air Max 360" which I have purchased from shoedeals4u.com. I feel they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever tried.
