i feel you completely, It may be because that's the style I really started on when it came to hip hop (excluding Rakim, Nas, anything Premier produced, Com, Dilla)

Listen to anything other than Below the Heavens...I'd start with HerFavouriteColour, imo that album >>> Below the Heavens in an artistic sense and musical sense. I love Below the Heavens but lol @ people still sleeping on Blu after 4 years of heat just because it doesn't sound like BTH -.-
