definitely is, I didnt even like him that much when I started listening to him. Madvialliny took me like 10 listens to even begin to understand it, but after I did, I started noticing all off the little intricacies of the metaphors and shit and then I was just like suprised&)

call me a stan if you want, but somehow I think that all of this, the imposters, the spooky absence, the delays, is all fitting into DOOM's grand scheme. I mean, think about it, everybody near him has been saying that he's been writing and recording this whole time, so wouldn't it be feasible that he's like just sitting on all this material until HE feels that it's the right time to release it?

acquired taste or not hes better than alot of mcees due to his beats(maaad overated... his beats are insane!) and his wordplay which is extremley creative...most listeners want more of the same...which is a shame...and doom always delivers in terms of lyricism...I would go as far as to say Doom is one of the most consistant backpack underground rappers alive! and has shown and proven on many occasion!

I'm confused don't you mean underrated instead of overrated?
Cause if so I totally agree, Hoe Cakes is not to be fucked with and just a question which DOOM songs have some hard bass because most of his shit don't.
