Thoughts from those that have heard it?
It's a pretty different sound from his last 2 albums but its still good.

Release date is the 28th but you can DL it already.

"If You're Out There" is definitely a lot different from his prior stuff, but i love the new direction he is going in. All the songs ive heard off of Evolver so far have been hits in my book. Cant wait to hear the rest of it.

I went through the entire album 3 times today.


And it's almost near perfect 5/5 for me. It really is competing hard with this previous 2 albums.

I have heard it atleast 20 times now but I still favor "Once again".

"Everybody knows" is my favorite song. Sucks when you relate to a damn song!

yea, i think out of the 3 "Once Again" is the one i favor. Although "Evolver" does have a great sound to it.

Andre 3k's feature gets me errrtime.

going through a break-up this is definatley a great record. still dont care for his 'folky' sound, but a lot of the mid temp and slower stuff is great.

'good morning' really is the stand out track for me. god i love that record.

'its over' is def getting a lot of play as well.

I haven't heard the Legend one yet, but Saadiq is craziness right there. THe sound is def on point.

I personally like both, after listening through both a couple of times yesterday. So it's ++ for me.


Brandy + John Legend = pretty good combo/ she's making a great return.

Evolver is great, i like everyone knows and the track with brandy.
