Uptown Saturday Night was the shit. They kinda proved to be a one shtick group though...70s nostalgia and old school feel. But they came out with some decent shit after that...just wasnt as good as the first album. I read that alot of the beats on Reasonable Doubt where for Camp Lo, cause Ski handled production for both projects, but Jay smooth talked Ski outa a few beats...he said he wanted "Luchini" beat too but they got to keep it lol.

Yo son good looking out. Uptown Saturday Night is a classic.

They just dropped the vid for their new joint Lumdi, it's a cool decent song to me.

One great album and haven't been up to par since and Sub, I heard about that story too. It's crazy how much work Ski put in that little time.

Camp Lo kind of spoke their own language. I noticed this when I used to listen to them in High School and I had no idea what they were saying. They didn't make a lot of music that as good besides their first album, Uptown Saturday night, so I stopped listening to them after about a year or so.

Then I am watching The Nardwaur Vs. Curren$y interview and he mentioned them and their slang and I was like, YES, I always wanted to understand what the fuck they were saying. I wonder if anyone knows...

When in doubt, show that bitch your Slurpee cup collection.
