I know it's not really just the song, but in the Scrubs episode "My Lunch" where the day is about to end and everything seems ok, but they get another call about a patient. How to Save a Life by The Fray was playing and the blend of the song and the situation went together so well that i really got teary (no homo lol) and it changed the definition of the song for me.

Songs that touched me in ways that I've never had when listening to music:
Boyz II Men - A Song for Mama

CO-SIGN to everything I'm quoting in this. x1,000,000

That's probably the very first song that I've ever cried to, been touched by, etc. This really hits me hard because it reminds me of my grandma, who passed two years ago. This also reminds me of my mom, because she does mad stuff for me, but I never really showed my gratitude or thanks. Shoot man, I'm tearing up right now. smh
This is probably the only song I've ever heard that has hit my heart so hard. I recommend this song to anyone and everyone.
