I know it's not really just the song, but in the Scrubs episode "My Lunch" where the day is about to end and everything seems ok, but they get another call about a patient. How to Save a Life by The Fray was playing and the blend of the song and the situation went together so well that i really got teary (no homo lol) and it changed the definition of the song for me.
