Been getting really popular in the states for the past year or so. Been playing drum & bass for a amount of years and operate a label aswell. However, that dubstep bug hasn't quite caught up to me yet. I think it'd sound super good on a proper sound system, but other than that its sorta sleepy time music or music thats dope when you're on that sizzzzurrrpppp, IMO of course.

yeah love planet mu. they've come out with tons of dopest releases in recent years. grown up in that ninja/warp music era so it i'm partial to it. love boxcutter. he has hints of of boards of canada, aphex twin, autechre and amon tobin.
didn't like the pinch album to be honest... it sounded too straight electronic for me

yeah i usually play hip hop, soul, dnb, electronic, that kinda thing but i've been pulling out the dubstep out on the unsuspecting and seriously, people go nuts. good music to dance to when you're fucked haha

that rinsefm rip has to be the worst quality file i've come across in ages, had to play it on wmp because it wouldn't play on ASIO lol

rinse mp3s aren't at the highest bitrates.. but it's a free podcast of a pirate radio station

most of the tunes they play aren't gonna be available in any better format anyways. worth it for all the dubplates & exclusives alone..
