I'm sick of the hate with kanye, he's not the best rapper but he's a great producer and his lyrics have depth and his able to put out a commercially appealing album that still retains critical acclaim, that gives underground artist hope.

^ It has kanye's signature drums (they kick in like 20 seconds in)..very similar to those of "touch the sky" except the beats a little different..the sample he used is funny but its raw..and the lryics are nice- Lost Kate Moss and Boss all rhyme inside of the obvious tonight rhyme "I ask because im not sure, do anybody make real shit anymore?"..i like this and "Southside" the most..can't tell me nothing will get old eventually watch

With good music, you either feel it, or you don't. I'm feelin this record because of the creativity- the daft punk sample, kanye's egotistical swagger, and the incredible (co-produced by Jon Brion) beat.

Sub either you like it or you don't. I can't talk you into liking the song. People act like their is some sort of formula that makes hip-hop good. Kanye is beyond hip-hop, and just makes good music. Late Registration, and the two singles he just released proves that.

Ummm....... No. Nothing on late registration sounds like Stronger. You can't name one track that does

BTW you referred to the Touch the Sky similarity..... Just Blaze fuckin produced that track. Had nothing to do with Kanye or Brion.

Yo you are so fucking pedantic that you can't even have anyone else voice their opinions..Touch the Sky and Heard em Say have the same drum types as stronger imo again..im not saying the beat is the same of course all his songs are unique..and that whole egotistical swagger your refering to..i think everyone and their mothers know this about Kanye by now..if you want to argue more about kanye west and the whole Good music..i can argue about this with you for days..we could open a new thread because i have no problems its my obsession..

Music is music, some people like it, some don't--why catch feelings about it?

I like the first one better because i like shit with old looped samples, and I can see "stronger" getting real old real quick in the club. That's why I liked through the wire, and that's why i liked diamonds are forever. I think that's more what Kanye is known for than his drums. Then again, I hated Jesus Walks, and everyone else seemed to like it...

He's still no Jeezy--he can only sample him.

And you're right you either like it or you dont...and I think its ok. Definetly not as amazing as some people are making it out to be, and it has nothing to do with it being more hip hop or following a particular not...I enjoy all types of music and musical fusions within hip hop. but this is just.......ok. No big deal.
