My name is AJRadico, I'm 15, live in New York, and I make music. My music is sort of an Hip-Hop/Instrumental/Experimental/
and I really need some advice on getting it out there. I know I have to be patient, but aside from that, can ya'll suggest some things I should do? I'm really serious about this.

Check out my music here (everything is free):

and or:

btw: I was planning on possibly adding lyrics to some of my songs once I get a decent mic.
and please, tell me how you feel about the music!

THANK YOU smile

First of all, you're beats are really good yo ! 2nd is that when it comes to fans, you have 2 main choices. the do it yourself way, where you go posting links and doing your own promo n your own music vids and all that which can really be worth it in the end. or you can shell out some mula to get your name on blogs, and get bigger artists to work with you and all that. The key of it all is purely networking within the hip-hop community though.

Like your stuff man, yeah i would just keep releasing stuff, get a video out or something. Adding lyrics is a good idea, even sample something and just chop it up and add it to a song, like on that track hand it over it works pretty well.

make a Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr and get some followers. post your music on those sites and just promote your shit., that's the best way to start. that way you can interact with people and get feedback. most Rapper use soical networks for that reason especially Twitter.

Fuck a fanbase. Some of the best to ever do it did it behind closed doors. Just do your thing and the rest will fall into place as it should. Sounds cliche, maybe even moronic, but you're super young and got a lot of road ahead of you. Concentrate on establishing yourself as an artist before begging for fans

Find some places to perform. The internet is cool for promo but it's flooded. Got to go out and engage your potential fanbase. Fans attach themselves to artists they see perform and are impressed with. Get some type of merch that looks cool shirts, stickers etc. Shit will get better from there.
