Many music developed in the 80's were comprised of talented artists. the beatles, Nirvana to name a few.

What the fuck??? The beatles werent even active in the 80's. And nirvana only had one album in the late 80's that didnt even get popular until the 90's. How the hell can you claim to know good music but have terrible music knowledge at the same damn time?

My name is ASAC Schrader, and you can go fuck yourself.

This is the corniest argument of all time. Hate mainstream but bring up the beatles and nirvana? They are 2 of the biggest commercially succesful band ever (aka mainstream) there has always been shitty music. Their will always be shitty music. Of course youre comparing it to the gems of back in the day cus it supports your argument but there was shitty music back then too.

I hate when people say rap is dead b cause in actuality that shit is thriving it's progressed so much that it appeals to everyones taste. the only time that statement was valid was during the " ringtone era"

Mainstream music and past music both got they good and bad artists cause past music was mainstream once upon a time. Like today .. Kendrick, cole, asap , and people like that would be considered good but soulja boy would be considered bad .. (lyrically that is). But i would consider myself a good artist still tryna get better .. check ma song 2nd Look  http://www.hulkshare.com/#/zgxvqvce3egw .. Download that .

Younger folks should expose themselves into these sort of genre. I feel their negative behaviors and attitude towards the world is a result of what they listen to. rap is crap. It was produce by some drunk hoe who decided to  steal ideas from a dr seuss book.

their negative behaviors & attitudes is because of the world.
