well lets see, he fucked over the dude who made his sound, jeremy rose. he got OD butthurt when a guy wanted to take a photo with him or some trivial shit before the first OVO fest, he's always had the elitist crew persona. And this was all when he was awkward as fuck during live performances. I'm sure there's more from when I'd actually keep up, but this is all I remember for now besides this whole OVO and XO drama.

Apparently Abel went ahead and signed with Universal Republic rather than having Drake's OVO imprint on shit. Drake payed homage to Wayne when Drake signed his deal - Weeknd was suppose to do the same. Abel makes incredible music but IMO if it wasn't for Drake's backing & support the world wouldn't have known about him as fast as they did.

i always wonder what the sound of take care would've been if they had never made music together. drake used his sound, it makes sense that abel would move away from him and try to establish himself independently.
