They post what will get them hits. Build up a following by getting small blogs to post you until you get a good amount of people who support you. Post on our aspiring artist thread and other forums. Email you songs around to other blogs as well as their's. Create a video to go with it. Most people reference things better with visuals too. Make sure it's unique and really shows "you." Following these steps is prob some of the best ways to generate followers.

Yeah you gotta have backing to get on hypetrak now. They will very very rarely put on someone who doesn't have a strong backing already. Gilly Suits said what to do perfectly.
