ATTN: TNGHT / Cold Remix /Kanye West

I represent -Histibe (music producer from Kiev, Ukraine)
He made the remix on Kanye West's single 'COLD' about 8 month ago:

It was really popular here in ex-USSR countries in social networks etc, as well as in blogs around the world.

And a few days ago my friend sent me the remix by some TNGHT which is pretty similar to Histibe:  http://youtube.com/all_comments?v=SegH6P669ys

And this one sounds very close to his work. They just stole the idea or what?

I just want to say this in public. It's ok, nice try. But c'mon, guys. Histibe made this thing first.

Lol they both have the exact same melody as the original song just distorted, how is this copying?  Also histibes drums and bass are way different.  Either way, they're both mediocre remixes

The fact that the idea of this was to create an urban-breakbeat-electronic rmx on Kanye West's COLD (like Histibe did it when original single was just released) to support + to show this track to different audience that not into hip-hop/rap thing at all as well as bring some freshness and innovation in music in general. So the question is whether TNGHT are fresh idea or this time copying someone else's. Or they were just inspired by Histibe remix (when the track circled in the internet) We just need to know the true story behind this. Since Kanye West has a lot of other tracks.

@Exo As to what Kanye acknowledged their remix -  it depends on the relationships with their managers and A & R +  opportunity to show it to Kanye's people. As Histibe's manager I can reach out music stars here in Ukraine/Russia, but Kanye West - a guy from a distant island. Same situation may be if TNGHT's manager was trying to reach out Russian top-artist.

It just would have been good to hear Kanye West's opinion about Histibe remix and the situation as well, if there is a chance.
