Wouldn't it make sense that the genre gets better in certain aspects over time? Just cus they're older doesn't mean they're better. Could you image people looking back and considering Soulja Boy d4l .... Mac Miller legends just because they're old???

Krit has been big for 2 years, Immortal Technique is garbage, Ludacris has lyrical masterpieces like "Move bitch get out the way". OF hasn't been around long enough to be top 10 (especially not above Nas who has the best album of all time hands down). Half of these lists are new rappers you'll prob forget about in a year.

Understand that when I grew up and started listening to rap it was around when Lil Wayne dropped Tha Carter II. I didn't listen to Pac, Biggie, Wu Tang, or anything. Consider this the goats of modern hip-hop, if you will. You may notice the list begins with those who are established and have reputations for being goats, and the new up and coming artists will be towards the bottom of the list, as every list should be. A new artist shouldn't be at the top of a goat list. I tried to keep everything in order, but due to frusteration, it hardly is.
