My brother was droppin me off to school that morning and the radio just played it without saying who it was or anyting...just turned that shit on....I was 10 at the time, but i lived in the projects and went to school there so I understood shit-talking and curse words pretty good, and I knew who Jigga and Nas were.

I spent that whole day tryna figure out just wat the hell Jay did to make a nigga that upset to the point where he felt the need to disrespect that nigga to the Highest degree.

I also thought one of them was gonna die.

My brother got Stillmatic, and was bumping it out of his home stereo system. Had no idea of the beef between him and Jay, but I was a huge fan of both artists. When I heard it, it was instant banger. Undeniable.
