It really is. A lot of people don't like her because she seems "manufactured" and she sucks live but idc. Album sounds good and has replay value imo.

I don't think she's that bad live, she just needs better stage presence imo but same idc haha.

Dark Paradise, Lucky Ones, Summertime Sadness, Million Dollar Man, Without You have been on steady repeat.

She's no. 1 in the uk today, pretty solid for an album that she got roasted for. Agree R Million Dollar Man is dope as **** she got that one damn near perfect, and Born to Die is next best thing to Video Games. I have this album on repeat, and the artwork is amazing just wish there had been a poster.

Personally I like her because she seems like a genuine, class act artist. She also brings a unique sound and I love her lilting tempo but that's just me.

Hipster hype is exactly how id describe her. She's obviously gorgeous and has a decent voice but it is just all hype unfortunately.
Wonder how many people know shes actually called Lizzie Grant and tried to make it as a singer in NY under that name? When that failed she created this Lana Del Rey character and got her millionaire father to bankroll her albums and career.
