I can't believe this is even an argument. Blu will be remembered for ages, Kendrick is a bit of a fad. Below The Heavens is one of the best albums in the decade and is sure to be a classic...

Hands down Blu, shit will be remembered. But I could see Kendrick growing as an artist and getting on the same level

Kendrick Lamar all day. He will go down a legend when it's all said and done. As for blu, BTH is one dope album..other than that what does he have to show for? Theres a reason all these legends are co-signing Kendrick and not Blu. His music moves more people.

I prefer Kendrick. His stuff just has more replay value to me and I really prefer his unorthodox flow over Blu's. I've re-listened to Section.80 and his other material over and over this past year.

I'll just leave this here:

Kendrick makes more appealing music. Blu is more lyrical than Kendrick though.

Try again dude, Kendrick>Blu in every aspect of Hip Hop

How do you think that? smh

Ok that was kind of a boost but Kendrick has a better flow and is lyrically superior.. Not to mention the amount of emotion he puts in his songs

Have you heard HerFavoriteColo(u)r? Amnesia is one of the best hip hop tracks in 10 years. He produced it and the lyrics are on fucking point. Blu flows better over the beats he raps on imo. I love Kendrick, but sometimes his lyrics seemed forced. Blu has a much more natural flow.

Look Out For Detox is cool but this, this is just a bit more killer.

skip to 8:40 and sniff that if you think kendrick can't rap.

blu got bars too though. It all boils down to preference cuz rap isn't really a sport, it's an art. still fun to talk about tho.

Blu has so many tapes compared to K. Dot's 3 or so tapes..

Blu has No York!, BTH, GMFWICST, Jesus, HFC, etc..

Kendrick has The Kendrick Lamar EP, O.D. and Section .80

So I really don't think you can compare both of them because they're great artists and they both make great music. Only advantage that Blu has over K.Dot is that he produces some of his own music but that's about it.

personally like blu over kendrink lamar, but they are both talented dope artists and its stupid to compare them both they have different styles. kendrink lamar can make it to the radio and go through the j cole/lupe route, blu fits the underground genre. both lyrical superior than most current rappers.

blu's collabs with fashawn and exiles is too smooth imo, blu @1:25

kendrink lamar non stop heat

both are sick but kendrick lamar hasnt done anything to top tracks like "amnesia" or "vanity"... probably a more consistent overall artist than blu tho.

Blu takes it. I've never heard a song I didnt like from him.
And some of kendricks stuff I love and some I hate... I hate this shit.

So Blu takes it for being consistently dope.
