im stuck on section.80 and watch the throne. i dont know which 1 is better. they are both classics to be honest. some days im in a section.80 mood and some days im on a watch the throne mood.

however
freddie gibbs' "cold day in hell" is hands down best mixtape this year for me. his EP with Statik Selektah was nice too.

Watch The Throne. In terms of impact, it will have the most 5, 10 and 20 years from now. Although it definitely could have been better considering the artists involved, the top 2 artists in hip hop at the current time have never gotten together and made an album together.

ALL OF YOU NEED TO REALLY SIT BACK AND THINK ABOUT HOW THIS WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN UNLESS THEY DO IT. fuck a drake and lil wayne album nigga kanye west and jayz have an album together that's huge. section 80 is dope as fuck. but it's not on jay and kanyes level. maybe you can relate to kendrick shit a lil more he's not talking about shutting down clubs from parties he's throwing or how he could have a better watch than ferris bueller and shit, or how he rocks DRIES. for a regular ass nigga it's nothing you can relate to. that's why it's dope, you should want to get on that level but i can understand wanting to be a good kid from compton

i still want to hear other opinions though i aint tryna bully niggas to think like me or anything i liked section 80 a lot. it's just not fucking with the throne and after listening to take care i felt it was the best album all year. haven't listened to cole world, camp, or ambition. i liked house of balloons it was dope

XXX murders WTT with its first 5 songs. Danny's ability to switch flows numerous times flawlessly within verses, the subject matter actually changes unlike WTT where these nigs are just babbling about how rich they are (I think, by now, we all know how rich Jay and Ye' are), the production on XXX is exactly what rap needs more of (grimy and hypnotic) yeah Ye' is Ye' but idk a lot of the synths and horns sound cheesy on WTT. All reasons why XXX is better than WTT. my opinion tho so whatever...
