is there a word for when an artists is neither over nor underrated? because that's what Pharrell is IMO.

ummmm i wouldn't call a ♥♥♥♥♥ with a miami beach mansion that's basically a kaws museum UNDERRATED. definitely not overrated either, he's where he should be in life.

i have trouble calling producers that don't sample and make consistent bangers (especially for over 13 years now) overrated. he so what he can't rap witht he best of'em. he put in enough time behind the boards, let skateboard (of whom i have yet to see do a skate trick myself) have some fun behind the mic.

i've seen him on bikes plenty of times though. he should call himself dyno-P or P-cycle hahaha.
