Beatles is one of the greatest bands of all time (arguably the greatest), and they have classic albums, and those albums are arguably the greatest albums to ever be produced. I can't think of an NERD album that is start to finish critically acclaimed by anyone. Not that they don't have great shit it's that their on a totally different level. NERD isn't even better than the rollingstones how can you compare them to the beatles ?

damn i made this as a post in the UNPOPULAR opinions thread then someone else made a thread about it, it's just my personal opinion, NERD never was the band to have critically acclaimed albums or #1 single after #1 single im not talking about success i mean as far overall message, sound, and fell to their music and just how much i like it personally. they make great music that most people won't like but thats them they make their music and no one elses *KanYe shrug*

N.E.R.D. isn't even on Radiohead, Coldplay, U2, RHCP or DMB level

hell, they aren't even as good as the Avett's and most good indie bands. They are mediocre at best overall. I wouldn't list them in the top 500 bands of all time for that matter.

I would put them in the same rank as the beatles,but they are like an electronic type of band

the group doesnt play any instruments,well yeah they do,but not like a regular band does
