Bronson > anything asaps ever done. Bronson does a great show too.
Dec 20, 2012 @ 05:36
Maaaan, fuck all ya'll saying this album is shitty.
Dec 20, 2012 @ 06:42
Lol @ Bronson is wack, you  must be fucking stupid.. You go to a show and he don't have to do much to get your attention. He shoot straight darts when he spit it's like you go to stop what ever you're doing and focus in. He is too much of top caliber rapper to even be mentioned in a conversation with Asap -_0

@ galaxy It aint as good as his tape..

Don't badmind me.

Dec 20, 2012 @ 06:58
Looooooving the feelings being caught over Bronson not being universally liked. The dude doesn't appeal to me, his feature on 1 Train didn't appeal to me. If the dude doesn't appeal to me, the dude doesn't appeal to me. No matter how many times you say "NO HE ISN'T WHACK! HE SPITS DARTS" I will still not like his music, voice, flow, or lyrics.
Dec 20, 2012 @ 07:10
the album was dope every track was fire minus suddenly, i wouldn't say it's up to the same level as the tape was but it's still really good
Dec 20, 2012 @ 07:28
that song he did with skrillex was incredibly gay.

suddenly is dope for the last like minute when the beat drops.

And if they turn that Skrillex song into a single with a video...it's going to blow up so hard, can't imagine that beat dropping in a club.
^ Yeah I love the song with Skrillex because I also love dubstep/electronic music.  That song is definitely a song that will blow up because it's so easy to rage to and the beat goes hard.  On top of that, that Skrillex song is already popular. I can also see a lot of people who just like Skrillex will hate that song because they'll say "ASAP ruined it".
fuck you dont ever say you 'love' electronic music if you like skrillex nigga

Genuinely enjoyed listening to this album from beginning to end. Ghetto Symphony is on heavy rotation!

I do what I do, just go with it Patriots - Knicks - Islanders - Chelsea

^ Action Bronson could rap circle around some of these signed rappers. He doesn't have to "appeal" to everyone, but you can't deny him of his skills.

These signed rappers aren't much to compare to^
I don't think Bronsons that good. Jacked his whole flow and just has weird lines about food, no real punchlines or in depth lyrics. If that appeals to you do you but there are a lot of better rappers out there.
"Aim my arm out the window, then I rock you to bed
One shot will knock the carpet off the top of your head
Catch the shark, skin the shark, hang the shark in the shed
Everything that got the marvelous spread, you feel me
Dabble in truffles, Sauvignon Blancs, and murder mussels"

What you been listening to lol

Don't badmind me.

i think rocky's been hangin out with drake too much. idk bout you guys but i can def feel a drake vibe/flow on songs..

EDIT: and i think rocky should take a note from kendrick about not having so many features on your debut album. should of just stuck with the asap mob get up
Dec 20, 2012 @ 19:58
I've listened to a few songs. It's pretty solid.
I dont blame him for the features either, he's playing it safe. It's not oversaturated he just wants to reach
more thana few audiences. He has to feel a bit cautious as he only had 1 solo mixtape under his belt.

I respect his hustle. Hoping to see a strong follow up mixtape next year.
Dec 20, 2012 @ 20:00
honestly each time i listen this album gets better and better.

LVL, ghetto symphony, phoenix, PMW, angels..

all dope af

Lol you're unable to recognize that people have different tastes, I get it.

Anyways, the features were whack. Rocky doesn't NEED to play it safe. He had a mixtape that was well received and has sold out multiple venues with only a solo mixtape. He fucked up with the features. Mainly because the features were piss poor. Secondly, he was clearly trying to appeal to the masses instead of the people who been riding with him from the start. Finally, because he didn't even stick with ASAP Mob features.

It's his SOLO album. You want it to look like Game's Jesus Piece with 2+ features on nearly every single track?

Because he didn't have 14 fucking features (if you count Kendrick twice) on there with Drake, Q, Kendrick, Bada$$, Yelawolf, KRIT, Bronson, 2 Chainz, Danny Brown, Ferg, Gunplay, Santigold and OverDoz. He had plenty of features but it was his SOLO album, you're right.
Dec 21, 2012 @ 01:20
That skrillex track is gonna be a club banger in 2013. Whoever says its whack is just hating like a motherfucker. Trust me, it's gonna let all the bitches get loose and when you find a bitch grinding up on you to that song, you're gonna think back to when you thought that song was shit and be like "Dam i was mad wrong cuhhh."

Virginities will be taken to that song, foreal.
Dec 21, 2012 @ 03:09
not tryna lose my v-card to a skrillex song

Almost all of those in 1 song though, that's different..and the song is pretty sick tbh. but yeah there should have been more of his actual crew on there

Wild For The Night my ass. That shit was terrible.

Rocky is a skilled rapper if you think otherwise your clearly havent listened to him. Rocky reminds me of Pac alot in the sense of how he present himself. I feel like if Pac came up in the burbs in the modern age and got into High Fashion he would be Rocky.

But thats a reach and I know alot of yall is too small or closed minded to actually give that some thought but to even call Rocky not a "good" rapper is ridiculous.

8.5/10

bruh i can see your trolling from a mile away "ROcky reminds me of pac"HAHAHHA
Dec 21, 2012 @ 05:38
^ Pac technically wasn't a good rapper. he had a lot of fucking heart and soul and was a visionary when it came to hiphop, but his raps weren't that special. Rocky is similar in that sense. dude is humble as fuck. (yeah, ive met him)... rocky may not be a visionary or on the same level as pac, but he definitely brought a new swag to the game... Plus you gotta respect his whole stance on homophobia and racism n shit.. most rappers shit on gay people constantly.. its nice to see that rocky is a smart dude

annnnd its pretty damn obvious rocky made a real effort to elevate his lyrical game on this album.

whatever doe, people will hate, but shits going to pop off in like a week when everyone hears it.

Trolling no sir. If you cant see it and think of Pac like some foreign mythical figure among man then you really havent seen Pac interviews and know his history. I dont feel like debating with someone who types with your caliber into an actual discussion of how Rocky is very reminiscent of Pac.
