take your mic, and attach it to the stand.
take your pre-amp attach it to your computer. take your mic and attach it to your pre-amp.
get audio recording/editing software, Audacity's free and works.
turn on your phantom power, open your program, new track, etc. press record, start rapping.

I mean I've already done that, and all, but the sound comes out differently depending on the driver I use. I've tried the ASIO driver, the Conexant driver, and Microsoft Sound Mapper.... so idk. So I'm wondering if I might need an interface as well...
